The room was horrible I didnt have any towels or rags I had to go out a purchase my own the room wasnt cleaned properly at all it also had roaches Im the room I would tell anyone to stay at this hotel the tv didnt even have a remote to the tv and you could only see one side of the tv as a patron of tha hotel it was one of my worst stays at a establishment in my life

When I checked in at the hotel, I was made to feel unsafe by the person checking me in as she told me that they have to kick people out of this hotel for shenanigans while I have children with me so I would not recommend staying here ever and if you do choose to use a Choice hotel in this area, I would choose any other hotel because their front desk employee Jen Needs to be retrained or management needs to be involved on how they talk to people how they treat people and how they make people feel because now Im spending a bunch of money to stay in a hotel hotel that I feel physically unsafe at, and the only option that I have is to leave the hotel and go to another hotel, which is not a suburban its another chain which I dont like because the cleanliness of it so now Im forced to stay at a hotel spending much of money that I feel physically unsafe at and wont even be able to sleep. I do not recommend staying at this hotel ever and I hope that this employee is either retrained or management does some thing because if other people are treated like this and made to feel unsafe, that is scary. .

Then you needed to leave and not check in if you did not feel safe. You don’t get to claim you did not feel safe and stay and think you deserve a full refund.

As far as her statement about shenanigans and kicking people out?

That wasn’t a safety alert heads up. That was her sizing up a parent with kids and letting you know without telling you that they have no tolerance for anything.

If you think it’s ok to tell a guest that did nothing but be friendly and polite just because they have children that there better be no funny business then that is WRONG. All my child did was stand there. We gave the hotel staff no reason to believe that we would be a problem so her comments were not necessary. At the very minimum I am owed an apology.

She is the worst employee and needs to be retrained immediately. I talked to other guests and hotel and they said she always rude.

The other employee I talked to also told me you get complaints about her often. Again please provide the contact information for corporate and ownership.

So now your story changed. Your post makes it sound like she made some ominous statement about kicking others out.

That you felt unsafe being there. NOW you claim she did directly address you about there better be no funny business.

You were either scared or you were offended. It can’t be both.

Complaint about stay

The manager Ms. Wilson if om not mistaken.

She was very rude to me for no apparent reason she accused me of prostitution our of my room which is not true, she told me she no longer wanted my services after I had been a faithful guest for more than a week. I was very respectful to her I never once got rude with her. She had no reason to kick me out that motel all the accusations was false and she was discriminating against me profiling me passing judgement on me. I called the police to make a incident report but instead I received a citation of criminal trespassing s if I get caught back on the property I will go to jail that was very unnecessary and unfair.

Also there are illegal activities going on over there they need to be investigated they are renting the rooms at their on price under the table alot of drugs are being sold at the property she is aware if all the Illegal activities and she turns her head like she is not aware. There is never any tissues or toilette supplies or clean towels. Housekeeping is poor they don't even clean the rooms on a daily or after a guest leave sme of the rooms still be dirty nasty sheets and etc.I am filing a complaint with my lawyer as soon as possible because I was treated poorly which was very upsetting. Could u please look into this situation about this matter please I will be pursuing charges but someone needs to see about her Ms Wilson she is not respectful at all and she does not deserve to working in customer service if she is going to be rude to everyone and charge ppl different prices to get the rooms I don't appreciate her putting my extra money in her pocket after over charging me for the room in the first place so I'm suggesting some one check into this the company is subject to lose business and the value is going down because of all the illegal activities and the poor guest service.

Jen at the front desk is awful!

DONT stay here. This employee will make you feel unwelcome and talk to you like your trash for no reason. Take your money somewhere else. Also if anyone wants ownerships contact email me at titan08145@***.com so I can pass it along to anyone that wants to let them know how terrible this hotel is. I will be taking my business elsewhere and unfortunately I wont be using any choice hotel until this matter is addressed accordingly.

Mirror fell off the wall and hit tv and both fell on the ground and broke glass all over the room and got into my luggage as well, they refused to let me speak to a manager and refused to let me check out of the hotel and the office worker called the police over the situation, i never touched the tv or the mirror it was poorly fastened to the wall which gave put causing the incident, ive tryed calling the hotel to speak to a manager and the owner and their refusing to take my call

This is an extended hotel suburban suites it is being totally incompetent they have only one elevator and it has been broken for 4 days which requires using the steps I recently had my hip dislocated

Manager making threats

I walked outside with my girlfriend and my dog step two feet outside the door I wish I had the door open again and a rock come out the door and a gentleman of color later identified as Cary giving me a dirty look after kicking a rock that was in the door placed by someone else not myself as I me and my girlfriend both had our key on us he gave me a dirty look and walked back inside I walked in behind him and asked him if there was an issue he said no and I told him I didn't think there was turn around and walked outside at which time he follows me outside yelling and screaming packed my *** time to go he's the manager he's not going to be disrespected I asked him how I disrespected him he stated him by asking him if there was an issue which further him trying to follow me through the hotel to find out what room I was in because he wasn't sure because you know there had never been any issues with me or any guest that was with me in the month I had been here for work and then he proceeded to call the police on me and had me removed from the property even though I had paid in advance and hadn't made no problem telling the police the reason is I asked him if there was an issue they said I had to l leave it's a civil issue and which time I asked if I was going to get refunded my money and he stated no he also made a false statement to police that I was smoking weed and his hotel but remember he didn't know what room I was in so he couldn't tell them what room I was smoking the weed in or was stashing all my weed as he accusated

This hotel needs new management.

I felt unsafe staying here before I saw this and how management thinks it’s ok to beat someone up. Get it together, however all your comments help back up my issues so keep them coming if you think that’s a way to conduct business.

My stay

My stay was ok until Washing Machine kept breaking down and abandoned cars and wrecked vehicles in the parking lot Maintenance employee was in everyones business and employees with an attitude Because I am a clean person ! I scrubbed the floor in two rooms that I was paying for Asked one employee to check my choice points and she kept tell me that she was afraid to get in trouble and that she supposed her family and didnt want to lose her job!!! The story is bigger!!

This place have a staff of drug abusers and power trips starting with the head "Manager" as that was her name giving when asked to report her to Corporate.

Tight areas between bed and wall. Blankets larger than area to walk around between bed and wall. Hanging blankets and sheets VERY EASY TO TRIP OVER. If you are looking for an overnight stay this would be okay. But no longer an extended stay. The safety bar is used for a towel rack in the handicap room!
